Not sure where to look for the date filmed on some of that stuff. Also, I was looking for a video of Russian tv talking about the Kremlin attack in the last 24 hours so I filtered the search for "the last day/24 hrs" and that came up among them.

Wait. how could it be 4 years old? The war is only 15months old? Were they just talking about the Donbas conflict that has been going on for years? Apparently so. Crazy then that they would put it in with a video that clearly has other stuff that is part of the current war.

Yes they were talking about Donbas. The guy in the video is Leonid Gozman. The video is from 2017.
