There are some signals that this is already underway, btw. The attack on the oil depot in Crimea was a major provocation by Ukraine. And, launched a pretty significant air campaign yesterday that allegedly involved two Russian bombers. There is some talk that the Patriot system held up well in its first use yesterday in the Ukrainian theater. All for the good.
Also, some reporting of Ukrainian movement in Bakhmut today and Russian retreats. We will see.
However, if the Ukrainians got those ADs up and they are effective then yeah, I could see a big push soon. Maybe even now.
