So China is already getting Russian oil at a deep discount because not many others will buy it,now they even get to pay for that discounted oil with more of their their garbage manipulated currency,and they aren't giving Russia weapons which they desperately need.Don't see how this hurts America ,just Russia who is being bent over and fucked hard by The Chinese.
Putin now butthurt and cryin' about red lines on depleted uranium rounds that will cut thru ww2 era armor like butter. lol; what a clown.
And Russia has been using DU rounds in Ukraine for over a year.
