Russia & Ukraine

Yup. Xi has outplayed Putin. He and Belly Boy are best buds now.

And Xi says they are offering new security protections to Belarus. Don't think for a minute that that just means security protection from Ukraine or NATO.

This is a complicated one for Vlad now. His dog is over licking Xi's boots right at the same time that Belarus is supposed to be working on Vlad's plans to absorb them into Russia. Vlad not gonna win this one. It creates some problems for the west too but that still does not mean Vlad is the winner here. He is losing his grip on Belarus by the hour now. And he has already lost K-stan.

Xi and Belly Boy. Two peas in a pod now. You can't stand in the way of love.

Lukashenko backs Xi’s peace plan as he appeals for Chinese investment in Belarus

Well we opened the first Taiwan embassy in our capital.
And we have a Belarusian border 50~kms away.
Might be that it makes sense, this, ,,all of a sudden" Chinese interest.

Interesting.

One of the areas where China has problems from the war is that the west has been and is doing a massive, massive buildup of military and ammo production facilities around the world. Germany, the US, Australia, Netherlands, Bulgaria (to make ammo for western countries using soviet tanks etc), and Canada.

China is about two years away from trying to take Taiwan. Having the west massively ramp up its production facilities is not something China wanted to see. But putin messed all that up. If the Ukraine war reaches a ceasefire of some sort, then the west's ability to stockpile ammo, missiles, etc in a very short period will be massive. Frigging Europeans have not done a thing for themselves until the war broke out. They figured that NATO was their military. Now they have smartened up a bit. The British and French militaries are a complete joke. And Spain, Italy. Forget about it.

About time. We were sleeping for far too long, while the bad guys were pumping out weapons.
Like, Iran is supplying Russians with drones.

China is skirting on the edge of having sanctions applied by the West if they provide weapons to Russia. It appears that China plans to start a diplomatic charm offensive in the EU to prevent this from happening. It's all one big diplomatic game.
