As I said a week or two ago "what kind of bullshit arrangement is it where if someone is shelling/missiling my house from two hundred miles away, I can only respond with missiles that can only reach 80 miles. BULLSHIT!!!

The Russians are firing and launching aircraft out of Engels airbase below Moscow. As I said in that post, "If the Ruskies don't want Moscow hit with missiles, don't fire or launch aircraft out of or near Moscow. DUH!
Also, it is bullshit to argue that they are offensive weapons just because of the distance. THEY ARE COUNTER-OFFENSIVE WEAPONS. If Russia stopped attacking Ukraine they would not be used.

The central failing of the piece imo is it's complete disconnection from ecology. Yes, it handily outlines our (Man's, too) aggressive expansionism in pursuit of consumption, so the ecological disconnect is revealed by the ignorance behind those motives. But the basis of all economies, and all life on Earth, the fundamental of the fundamentals, is not explicitly brought out.
