That's what the entire military in Russia can expect.
veterans from Affhanistand and Chechen war were promised also a lot of things. Even a flat, but they never got that flat or anything else.
Just like the Russians who fight now don't receive money, don't receive decent arms, don't receive normal food... In fact they receive nothing.
