I have read in several places where the Russians keep saying that no decision has been made to seal the borders. But I also read of more and more instances where Russian soldiers are being sent to the borders. For what? To give covid tests? I don't think so.

The other thing that is getting talked about more and more, just from scanning articles, is that the Russians are probably getting ready to declare martial law.
