Banning a Russia party that is in bed with Putin is a good idea. Did America allow the Nazi party to operate in the U.S. during WW2?

In WW2, the "opposition" party was the Republicans. I'll bet you wish we had banned them!
Allowing a political party aligned with the country that violently invaded your nation to be legally allowed in your nation --- is simply not acceptable. Ukraine was quite right to ban this party.
I was a registered Republican for many years. This ended when the party went right-wing nuts -- this insanity and walking away from traditional conservatism has been furthered by the MAGA crowd. BTW -- I have never been a registered Democrat.
You are not a conservative. I'm not arguing that the Republican party moved right (and the left moved left) but your values don't align with conservatives. At least not how you portray yourself around here, that's for sure. You're a statist. A true conservative isn't pro-state, and certainly not to the extent you are.
And your post proves it. If the opposition party was elected by the people of the Ukraine, then the people have a right to have their voice heard. You support squelching the voice of people who brought a party to power, which never leads to a positive reaction when the people think they aren't heard. There are other ways of dealing with problem parties, but in your world - ban any dissenting thought!
