Might be a bit of Ukrainian propaganda here but the article identifies one of the russian regiments allegedly doing this, so probably the Ruskies will shoot a commander or a couple of the troops just to make a statement to them to not do that. So how can that be a bad thing?
Maybe next week the Ukrainians will identify a unit where the troops are allegedly cooperating with the Ukrainians. Even if there is no truth to it whatsoever, the men in that unit are about to get more attention than they want. Bang!
