A few days ago one of the most popular singers in Russia, before his concert, told his fans:

"Родина - это не жопа президента которую надо все время мусолить и целовать." -

"Motherland - it's not the president's ass that needs to be kissed all the time".

Russian authorities started a criminal investigations into his speech. Because, you see, Motherland, in their opinion, IS the president's ass, and it's a crime to say otherwise.

The authorities may feel the term ass kiss is an insult to Putin.
Besides, if they are offended, any excuse will do to lock him up.

In amongst all the racist comments, one of the posters actually made a comment that had some entertainment value, in regard to the list of Americans banned from Russia.


"It is alarming that Senator McCain is included in the list. Who died a little 5 years ago."

This disaster in attempting to cross the river should not be confused with the disastrous attempt to cross a few days ago. Let's face it. Crossing rivers is not their thing.

The Ukrainians are taking a rather bad beating in that area but as we can see, it is no cakewalk for the Russians.
