And the head of Kharzakstan is sitting there stonefaced- knowing that he flat out refused Putin's request for troops even though Putin sent Russian troops to K-stan to save his arse from being overthrown.

Although the number is diminishing, you still have a lot of pundit clowns thinking that russia will settle on something at some point and everything will revert back.

Nope. Corporations are increasingly leaving-leaving. As in cashing out. Lights cannot be turned on again in this decade or more. Even if the government or public said it was okay to do business there.
