Should we let Putin do whatever he wants:
Gobble up the whole world, country by country;
Grow to be as strong as he can;
because he has nukes and has threatened to use them;
as long as he doesn't threaten US soil ... right now;
and then fight him after he fully strengthens himself on the backs of his conquest and attacks us?

So you're saying yes, we should just obey Putin's orders regardless our world and ally interests, as long as US soil is not directly involved, because some of us are scared he might be a madman?
I've seen no evidence that that is a probable outcome.
I've seen no evidence that engaging over Crimea would have led to nukes.
I'm not going to pretend to be brave when it comes to nuclear war.There is a point when The US has to risk it,but we are not there yet for me.
I supported western military resistance over Crimea, yes.
The US kicking Putins ass with conventional weapons will lead to nukes.
