Russia & Ukraine

Indefinitely? Zero

Ukraine has subpar missile defenses. Russia will lead with missiles; and later, after Russia has softened them up, support advancing troops with aircraft.

Ukraine will have to rely upon asymmetrical warfare tactics etc. Hopefully they have tunnel systems under target cities with hidden nodes.

Im hoping for a miracle.

The USA should have been spending more time to help Ukraine beef up its Cyber systems and Defenses.
Maybe Congress was to busy concocting a Ukraine story to Impeach a President

Cyber attacks presented to Biden, I’d say the odds are 50/50 we end up in a cyber war:

You may be correct, but my thoughts are that no nation will reveal it's full cyber capability until it is at actual war, or about to be at war, with that particular enemy. Doing so educates the enemy as to their weaknesses. Is the US willing to give up such a powerful advantage for Ukraine?

Temporarily killing the internet, power, and trains will affect the citizens more than the military. I consider it to be doing something "for show" more so than anything else.
