Russia & Ukraine

So the Russians kidnap civilians off the streets (some of them under 18) in the occupied territories and claim they are Ukrainian soldiers. Then they use these civilians in prisoner exchanges.

Unsanctioned prisoner exchanges: Putin created culture that condones his army’s unethical actions
The Russian invaders habitually abuse their power in interactions with Ukrainian citizens and have made a practice of capturing random citizens to use as leverage in prisoner exchanges.

Yikes, Ukraine is running out of places to hold Russian prisoners due to the huge influx.

However the Russian prisoners are treated better than when they were in the Russian military.

Well, so:
1. I am still alive, drinking coffee in Kyiv, (have not been at the forum for the last 8 months)..
2. Russia suffered lots of losses, and my Ukraine suffered some also, but mostly the civilians are the people who lost their lives. Some territories are lost as well. For now. Russians want to attach with 200 000 people again, while we are waiting and receiving more western support.
3. In our prop we now know how to setup Generator+Accumulator+ Stabilizers+Starlink+Notebook+3 screens in a way that you can trade for 1 week without centralized electricity.
4. My fund generated +50% per year, during war and when -20% SPY dropped.
What a life...

Glad to see you still have coffee.

Where there is coffee, there is hope.

I heard that McDonald's has re-opened in Ukraine. Not sure how smart that is. Many of the Russians may enlist just for a chance to go to the McDonald's in Kiev. Or maybe you could offer a free Bic Mac to any Russian who surrenders. Yeh, that could work too.
