Ukrainian police have busted a massive pedophile ring in Ukraine, involving dozens of Russian children, according to reports.

A Ukrainian man has been arrested and 15 young children, all Russians currently residing in Russia, identified, but prosecutors in Kyiv have said they are not able to trace other victims or arrest other suspects because of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
 
And where would those troops be coming from Vlad? You have already deployed anything that has a pulse to the Kherson oblast.

A couple times before Putin has deployed troops from regiments in Moscow which everyone knows have the primary mission and assignment of protecting Moscow. When he does that, it does not play well on the home front. The locals know that he has already burned through all his other troops when he does that so they are one step closer to mobilization.

More likely the Russians have given guns to the folks down at the local insane asylum and asked them if they would like to go for ride.
