And just how many times over the past weeks have top Russian leaders stated they were at war with NATO.

Don't care. Where is that 40 billion going? What will it accomplish besides lining a few pockets. We staged a coup in Ukraine trying to start up another puppet government. Worked till it didn't.

If you could just get past your first order thinking, you would realize that spending money on what is both the right thing to do and serves national security is money far better spent.
