Yes, seems so.
This is one of the examples of how crafty western powers are when they need to cover shit up, when the Hunt brothers cornered the silver market on the long side, they were charged with market manipulation. For years now, same silver market has been subjected to silver manipulation in the opposite direction, to suppress the price of silver as the metal is cheap and is used for commercial purposes. Thousands of investors have written to authorities about the huge short position on COMEX in silver and NOTHING!!! So I don't need to know how Russia is the lier and the west is so honest because you have, supposedly free mainstream media. Your media serves the master well and will do what has to be done to preserve American national interests.

This is actually pretty good. We (the US) rapidly developed this new weapon for Ukraine to use. This is the Phoenix Ghost (of Kyiv) but will be better known in the field as the “long range Russian artillery “fucker upper”. 120 of these nightmares loitering over Russian rapers is a beautiful thing.

That rumor could have just been as a result of a poor translation from the Russian.
I think that the original Russian text said: "Putin is widely reported to be taking it up the arse over the current war."
I could be wrong.
