Poopoo, Ukraine is ex USSR, actually the technological heartland of it, they know Russia like the back of their hand and they know why they chose not to be reassimilated as "little Russians".

Some of the countries who went to Iraq were also in Nato. Nato the organisation was not in Iraq in a military capacity beyond training and non combat stuff. Turkey actually blocked the US using its territory in 2003 to avoid dragging in Nato.
