So you are believing Russian claims that they caught 11 terrorists involved in this attack near the Ukraine border. They claim to have caught them a mere four hours after the attack. Why don't you look up the distance in hours via vehicle from Moscow to the Ukraine border (remember to include the Moscow traffic which delayed the police response to the attack for 1.5 hours).
Sorry to tell you the reality -- ISIS performed this attack. The only outstanding question is if Russia deliberately allowed ISIS to execute this attack (like Putin has done in the past) so Putin's government could try to claim it was done by Ukraine and conscript more soldiers for its criminal war against Ukraine.
This bullshit took 24 hours to cook, that's why he was quiet until now.
