Russia says it cannot guarantee that the Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline will resume operation after the current annual maintenance ends next week.
Gazprom said it hasn't got a written statement from Canada and Germany regarding the turbine in repair in Canada.

I don't recall when the ruble was this strong recently. What sanctions are there even? USA is sliding down the global scale faster than ever, zero power nor influence anymore to carry through any sanctions or decisions. Iran sanctions worked incredibly well, their airline industry had major problems with planes falling from the sky due to lacking maintenance.
Russia cannot sell natural gas to China because there's no pipeline with significant throughput. They're selling oil to India with a large discount as well. China is only doing well if the West is doing well, their production is dependent on it.
 
That is absolutely not reflected in their currency. They do way way better than western media attempt to make everyone believe.
