Putin tried to undo the looting of Russia and all the 'freedom fuckking' that Yeltsin had authorized and then gotten drunk. Oil prices also help Putin gain popularity.

Yeltsin was a drunk baffoon. Atleast Putin has strong character and patriotism. Something Russians always want in their leader.

well, if they're hinting at some kind of a deal, all I can say is that cross-polinating Russian women with Greek women would produce a deadly strain.
