Hey smart ass, before worrying about my understanding of "cowboys", you still didn't explain how do you know ex-KGB agent Putin has nobler intention than "oligarchs". In my country "secret police" people were, for the most part, people with shady characters. And your saying that authorities in Russia care for commoners or cared in the past more than bureaucrats anywhere else is pure,retarded stupidity. In Russia it's raw power what counts and it has always been like that. Regarding studying the problem I seriously doubt you have done more reading about Russia. I am talking real books not Internet.
If you actually have and still think Russian leaders care so much for people then you are a retard who needs to see a mental health specialist.
After the communist non-sense crumbled down in EA, it took a lot of political effort to get Russian soldiers out of Czech Rep..They just didn't wanna go back to mother Russia. Guess why. Actually do not bother you don't understand much simpler things. Do not confuse yourself even more.

The Russian people have a higher approval rating of Putin then they do of the Oligarchs. The commoner must like something about him (stability). One thing the Oligarchs were and are still trying to do is FLOOD Russia with non-Russians. This creates ethnic conflict and then you get the Human Rights groups in there causing more problems. The average Russian is worried about Stability and physical safety. Putin knows how to score in these areas.

The Oligarchs HATE the Russian people. They are always trying to fool with them. The Oligarchs (Berevosky) tried to split up Russia (and still are) by breaking off Chechnya. But it ain't working so good. Russians understand old Communist tricks like the Ethnic Conflict Model.......because they were once Commies themselves (Neocons operate just like Communists).

Every time Paul Wolfowitz (NeoCon) opens his mouth about Russians he states that Russians need immigrants badly. Many Russians may agree BUT they do NOT want his type of Non-European Immigrants because they know the old game. Putin does not put up with this and this gives him the upper hand in appearing to do what is best for Russia. (this is one example and there are many more. Putin has big appeal because he is does not put up with any shite from America and Britain. The WHOLE World likes this.)


Love him or Hate him. Putin is the THE foremost Statesman on the World's Stage and the World is lining up to do business with him. Britain and America are trying to undermine him every day and in every way. All he has to do is survive and undermine the Petrodollar (which he is doing).

I just found better words for this non-sense. CROWD CAN NEVER EVER REFLECT ON ITS OWN BEHAVIOUR. Crowd is always highly emotionally strung unaware what's going on in reality. One reason it is possible to profit from market movement by the way.

Yes, I have left the US. I was NOT referring to the Russian people being wise to the tactics as much as Putin being wise to the tactics. The masses are arsses ....and that applies to every country--- especially in the US. You still do not seem to comprehend what I stated. The Oligarchs did a defacto nationalization without the Russians being benefactors. Putin simply brought it back home. No the nations character has not changed.......which is why they don't trust the Oligarchs! I agree that Putin is a socialist........but I don't think he is a communist. Yes, approval ratings do mean something......he has to please the sheep........and he has done this. Everyone seems to discount what this man Putin has done. Everyone in the US and Britain seemed to rip him for one reason or another. But love him or hate him. He will still be there in 5 years or 10 years, maybe even running for another term. So lets just sit and watch.


(Putin does NOT have to necessarily fight the petrodollar. He just had to Euroize and start the natural process of undermining a decaying order. He did this. )

Only several of them who refused to cooperate with current government of had political ambitions themselves (like Hodorkovsky) had problems, all others have simply insane amounts of money. They didn't have 1/10 of it in 90's...

So all these talks about "nationalization" is just a fog to hide the reality.

Some of the Oligarchs are still around. But only a couple can go to Russia without being arrested. I believe only one of the original oligarchs is still sitting in Russia doing business.

They did NOT have anything in the 90's except Western Neocon connections. Furthermore, there are MORE Oligarchs in jail beside Khordokosky (bad spelling I know...sorry Russians). Look it up and while your at it---look up all the others fighting extradition orders
