Does anyone have one of those handy russell rebalance xcel sheets that the pros toss around from desk to desk? For the last 10 years I have been able to get one but this year it seems they are tight lipped about this one for whatever reason. If you have one please let me know if you are willing to share it.

yeah mksummny, what's on the spreadsheet? can you post one from previous years?
if it's just names of additions and deletions, they are on the Russell website:

The list has of course the names symbols sectors of those companies being added and deleted. What is more important than that is on these lists they include the number of calculated shares that need to be bought or sold/ % of weighting in the index/ amount of $ of deletion or addition that will change hand for the security and some other nice data.
