Russell Indexes will be reconstituted on Friday's close

RIDICULUSE!! (sic) Busiest 15 minutes of the year. Not saying its good, very hectic, lots of gaps in both russell and SP.

Unfortunaly I had a vacation planned and I am frantically trying to get a T1 or better to trade it. Cabin had DSL, but definitly not fast enough for that day.
 
they are covering too many stocks.

i guess more funds buying sp500 than rs3000.

i bought a stock just deleted from russell, for the sake of the funds who blindly buy rs3000. got to profit from the stupid.
