Russell 2000 almost in Bear territory

You just said stagflation is coming and nothing is wrong?

Has the earnings for smaller companies grew? If they grew and the stock didn't move, that's a different story.

In that case, the P/E should be very low.

Nothing is wrong meaning the market is working as it should given stagflation is expected/incoming.

I'd like to hear the causes for the recent Russell drops. High interest rate? More covid cases? High valuation?

Russell is in the same dirty bath water with QQQ.

I'll be happy to put on a long Russell/short QQQ position. For entire 2022. I bet my own money.

My long RTY and short NQ works perfectly well today....

The big rotation has just started.

HARD hammer signal today. Is this going to be a consolidate area or will it double top? Or will it keep going down?

If we're dropping 20%, I highly doubt the market won't come back for a double top or head and shoulders before than.

So a close below 1,954 would confirm a bear market in small caps.
