Of course, the "political support" for such actions is all the wealth being spread around on subsequent associates and employees of schemers. China has the largest number of yearly executions, active and enormous censorship apparatus etc. A vicious cycle of suppression and oppression, greatness and destruction - from the taking part in the social Darwinism game - on national and international levels --- destroying any ideas of "free markets" and Laissez-faire. Tax payers and civilians pay with their work and lives... all expendable "sheep" being herded by their "managers" - all commoditized through "logical" socioeconomics and ideology. Logic is a one-directional method of reasoning and reducing (reductionism, Occam's razor) information throughout the process... while systems science adds information and keeps the "complete picture" to balance the view and stay neutral.
