The university (require) students to have the health insurance. If I do not have the insurance from my family or my own , I am (require) to have the university plan. This fee for the insurance is add to the tuition. So if this university (require/mandate/force) students to pay in the tuition, what is wrong with the student to say, ok,I will pay for this, but please include birth control. So really for the Georgetown University this is (religious) issue to force students to have the health insurance, and force the student to not have birth control because they think they should not have sex. But religious or no religious, most all the students is having sex. That is life. No one can stop this because this is what people like to do.
