If the use of the pill for non-contraceptive purposes was the primary problem for Fluke, why did she use the the words contraceptive or contraception 12 times in her testimony?

The real issue with all this is should the government be mandating private institutions coverage of certain ailments and such? No it shouldn't.

Why not go to the left's personal fav in Planned Parenthood? Or why not go to dreaded Walmart for the 9 bucks it cost her for a month supply?

Secondly, Ted Kennedy was a murderer (Chappaquiddick incident) who took an innocent womans life, and managed to weasel his way out of the manslaughter charge due to his political connections, and the window of reasonable doubt. He then went on to live a good life, with absolutely no reprecussions for his actions.

He was no different than the likes of OJ Simpson, or Casey Anthony, so yes, there is an obvious, and reasonable double standard for a person like that. I doubt anyone will bite their tongue when Casey Anthony, or OJ Simpson die.
