Far as I'm concerned, you can say whatever good or bad things about someone who dies. If there is karma or God or something that judges, you have to answer. If not, then you do what you want - no harm no foul.
My personal view is that I wouldn't say anything bad about anyone who died. But Free Speech allows you to say whatever you want in this situation. So have at it.
