It's obvious to even the casual lexicologist that "Your Dictionary" reveals only a truncated definition list. Many words have more than one meaning. See Webster's on-line for a more complete list for the word in question:

"2 : noncoital and especially anal or oral copulation with a member of the opposite sex"
What part of "oral copulation" performed by your beloved President and Ms. Lewinsky don't you understand?
Clearly, you can find a dictionary or two to support your own Puritan missionary man thinking, however if you look at the majority of dictionaries, especially the Cambridge dictionary (you know, the standard for the English language---the inventors of the language) you will find that oral sex is not commonly accepted these days as an act of sodomy.
What is funny, is that if you look at Websters 1918 and 1928 definitions, they don't include oral sex, just anything that is "unnatural" and of course, we do know that Neo Cons, moralists and right wingers, when they are not additively gambling like Bill Bennett, or popping pills like Rush, or groping like Arnold are performing the sex act dutifully and only in a missionary position.
Sure they are.
Ya, right, what a bunch of hypocrites these right wingers are.
There may be some arcane laws in backwoods hick states that define oral sex as sodomy, however, those laws are gradually being overturned as those hillbillies slowly are forced to evolve into the 21 century.
Look among the list of the 17 dictionaries listed at the link below, and any reasonable person will easily see the common, most frequently used, and correct understanding of sodomy. It is not oral sex between a woman and a man, when the woman is giving a man a hummer.

p.s. here is a common legal definition from
www.law.com, note the last sentence.
sodomy
n. anal copulation by a man inserting his penis in the anus either of another man or a woman. If accomplished by force, without consent or with someone incapable of consent, sodomy is a felony in all states in the same way that rape is. Homosexual (male to male) sodomy between consenting adults has also been found a felony but increasingly is either decriminalized or seldom prosecuted. Sodomy with a consenting adult female is virtually never prosecuted even in those states in which it remains on the books as a criminal offense. However, there have been a few cases, including one in Indiana, in which a now-estranged wife insisted that a husband be charged with sodomy for sexual acts while they were living together. Traditionally sodomy was called "a crime against nature." Sodomy does not include oral copulation or sexual acts with animals (bestiality).
