RUNDLL errors

When I start my system I get RUNDLL errors. I tried a few websites that look like real Microsft sites. My antivirus picks up a bug.
Anyone have a clean site I can use?

Worked out the problem.Corrupt security certificates,would not download the web site.Internet provider solved the problem.
