Rumor - Sam Bankman Fried arrested

SBF will spill the whole beans in a plea deal if he can keep his parents, professors at Stanford University, from going to prison.

They, being authorities. I don't know of anyone else that can arrest anyone without it being considered kidnapping...

And no, they didn't act in a speedy manner, quite the opposite of your statement.

Nothing personal here, just saying you didn't work on the case, so you don't know anything about how it was done. An arrest warrant can be served within an hour, it took them 3 weeks. Nuff said...
 
He is charged on 8 counts with wire fraud and money laundering among them. If convicted, it means most of his life in jail.
