The world is already in a recession. If you look at figures, then you should be able to realize this. Central banks are already adjusting interest rates, but I am more concerned for those economies which are since 2008 in negative interest rate zone
 
Which industrial country is in recession right now? Can you name any? . And by which definition exactly?

Isn't recession, just borrowing cycles ?? your either borrowing money the public and therefore creating demand and growth, or there reducing and your paying them rather than buying things.

That's all it is right ??
