Rule 14a-8(c) Shareholder Proposal not to Cancel 30 rock?

Will it be a valid proposal under 14a-8(c)

I like 30 rock and I suspect NBC could cancel it and replace it with something.

I bought 2500 shares recently I just need to wait 1 year.

What do you think, doable?
