Rudy joins the race, with big kiss from sexy wife...

Quote from Pa(b)st Prime:

So apperently you think Hillary's change of heart about Iraq is devoid of political ramifications. LMFAO..........

No I don't. She's never had a change of heart. She's not running on Iraq either.

Quote from JB3:

Who cares?

Jem, if you were homeless, you might be a little angry at Rudy. How hard is it to physically force homeless from the streets like they were dogs?

Aside from children something like 95% plus of homeless people are drug addicts and or boozers. So, maybe if someone finds himself homeless he should look hard in the mirror and stop bitching about everyone always picking on me and work on his problems.

Quote from AAAintheBeltway:

I am frankly sick and tired of hearing what a "hero" he was after 9/11. Any moderately talented politician would have done exactly what he did. Gavin Newsome couldn't have screwed it up.

Speaking of Gavin Newsome..and maybe this should be another thread, but what the hell is wrong with San Fransisco? I was reading a bunch of stuff in the SF papers and they are talking to people about what he did. All you here from guys is Oh that was a crappy thing to do, but I dont think it has anything to do with his ability to be an effective mayor. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Any man who would do that to one of his boys, let alone one of his most loyal ones, is a piece of shit scumbag who is truely only going to look out for himself. This is the kind of guy who you will find in the middle of a huge corrpution scandle sometime down the line and people will wonder, gee how could have we seen that coming? He was such a talented and nice guy. Yeah..how could you see that coming? Doh!!!

Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:

If some how Rudy got the nomination, I think the odds of a conservative 3rd party candidate are very high, and almost assures a democrat win..assuming they put up a decent candidate.

Rudy is scummy, and why others can't see that is beyond me.

He is one big azzzz kisser as well, sucking up to Bush every chance he got when Bush was popular, and now distancing himself when ever possible.

An ultimate opportunist, this guy is bad new for America should he ever get in power.

Shifty little rat-face, that's Rudy.
Rudy will be great for America. I understand he hates trolls, so he's got my vote.

I heard some counter arguments to Rudy's "achievements."

Seems that the crime rate dropped nation wide during Rudy's term, and that the crime rate drop in NYC wasn't that much beyond the national average where it leveled off, if I head it right, at least that what Geraldine Ferraro was saying.

Ferraro was giving more credit to that other Republican mayor of New York...Michael Bloomberg for the good things that happened once he was on board as mayor. Imagine, Ferraro giving credit to a Republican...

Also, during the Clinton years (Much of Rudy's time as mayor) there was a lot done in welfare reform, and don't you know it, that there were a lot of jobs being created during that time frame...could it be that Rudy was just riding the Clinton wave of prosperity for all Americans, not just the wealthy ones?

Huh, go figure...

Uhhhh, why are "something like 95%" (quoting you of course, wouldn't it be nice if you actually provided some data to back up your claims, or quoted someone on the issue?) of homeless drug addicts and boozers?

Oh yeah, they are just weak and lazy, right? It is not like they have some mental illness, no way, no how...Heaven forbid we ask a mental health professional their opinions or what their research has found...

Too funny.

"Mental illness." The troll's favorite excuse for everything.

Must be born of experience from all that looking in the mirror.

Too funny.

I did not say all of them are. There are certainly some people in the homeless population who have fallen through the cracks and could use societies help. For the majority of them though society is there to help them, they simply fail to take hold of the life line being thrown out to them. You don't have to do any great anthropology study of the homeless to know and see this, you only have to be honest and have your eyes open.

Sorry, Brandon, this does not conform to the moonbat point of view.

Noone is responsible for their own actions. It's all the government's fault. Especially the current government's.

No, you did not say all of them are.

Just 95%.

LOL!

So you can tell the mental health condition of someone just by looking at them, by being honest and having your eyes open...know why they are homeless without doing any clinical evaluation, and know that they are just boozers and drug addicts?

Again, go figure...

I don't know if this is really something that Bill Gates said or not, I just got this forwarded to me. Even if it's not something he said, it is 100% true. I'm sure a lot of people will want to disagree with it, but it just shows where we are as a society.

This should be posted in all schools

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with

this! To anyone with kids of any age, here's some advice.

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11

things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about

how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation

of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up

for failure in the real world.

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The

world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good

about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high

school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you

earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you

get a boss.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your

Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they

called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so

don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring

as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning

your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought

you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of

your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own

room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and

losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished

failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to

get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance

to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get

summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you

FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people

actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working

for one.
