Options yesterday on May 300 Calls For RTP was .15c

Today's High on these Calls was 12.80.

Does this mean that one option yesterday would have cost me only $15.00 plus commissions?

and

Does this mean that I could have made more than $1250 today on a $15 investment?

That's exactly right - the beauty (or pain for the other side) of options is leverage. Taking a little money and turning into a lot. Keep in mind that RTP is up 11% today. That's good even without options.
Think of options gains in %, not just in $ and you'll see the benefits and risks easier.
