RT and EOD Scanner & backtesting for non-US stocks trading

Hi,

I am based in Asia and trading Australia+HK+Japan markets + European stocks. I have been looking for a scanner and backtesting tool that would operated real time and EOD.

There seems to be several good tools that operates on the US market, does anyone know some scanner and backtesting tools for non US markets or would have a way to buid it (price is not important, and I am happy to spend time on code/development/API if necessary) ?

Sorry I cannot help with your query, but what are the best US based scanners you know of? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would also be interested in a good EOD scanner for European stocks ? Been looking around but haven't found anything yet to my liking.
