Rsj Algo - Moves Into Eurex

well good day to all my fellow prop traders.

adapt or die.

the worrying volume decline at eurex and liffe contines.

flying in the face of this is rsj.

whose volume on liffe is alarming, worrying on cme and now for any local / prop trader left in the market - they have just moved onto eurex.

they only just started this quarter and they project according to the chart on the link 10 million lots.

believe me whatever your arguements for moving on , adapting and styles of trading this is not healthy.

these guys create no new liquidity just destory it and absorb it all.

hence their volume increase and exchange decrease.

they will trade a million lots in 1 day just to print and stop you out.

thats the purpose.

if thats the first estimation on 1 quarter then next year eurex will be untradeable.

Its the complaining Beaker again, with the same old moaning.
There is always an edge out there - I have to question do you actually research different ways of trading, or just expect your method to continue working forever?
The days of being able to play the fixed income markets for an easy tick here and there are gone. Stop crying about it and look for some new approach.
If RSJ are so successful, why dont you try and figure out what they are doing and turn it into something profitable for yourself? Or you could just keep on moaning and expect the holy grail of trading to come to you in a dream one night.

can i refer you to the algo lovers / in bed with liffe and eurex thread a few forums above the non cheating decent traders thread.
 
RSJ is a black swan waiting to happen...once the banks come back into these markets and volatility picks up they will be gone.
In the meantime, either do something or just shut up.

trading the book is no longer possible every body knows that

the machines have taken over the low latency time frame and prop traders have to look elsewhere

frankly, i dont see any revelation in this info

the bund bobl isnt tradeable already so why bother about RSJ jumping in?
