The scam doesn't involve circumventing the initial identification. That's not the weak link.

Your idea of a different pass card is a very good one. But since they are using a hole punch; I doubt they are doing that. A different pass card design would make circumvention much more difficult.
 
Not vaccinated? Leaving from Florida? The cruise lines don't want your plague rat arse on their ships then. You might as well stay home -- because their restrictions for adult passengers will make sure that you will have a completely miserable cruise experience and be forced to pay all sorts of extra money with testing.

I would say he had sanctions on China prior to the leak of the coronavirus. Other than blocking travel to and from China, he had no specific policy aimed at China. We also have to factor in that we did not have a vaccine at that time and were not punishing/cancelling people for questioning things like we are doing now. Since punishment is the road we are traveling down, why not find the culprit for the coronavirus and punish them?

So despite all of his continuous bluster on the subject, Trump failed to take action to find the culprit for the coronavirus and punish them. Why did he fail so completely while causing the deaths of over 500,000 Americans from his inaction and inability to institute proper public health policies to address the pandemic?
