Sorry, I disagree. Again, he's stating the poor and middle class (who cannot afford the private school attendance without vouchers) shouldn't be allowed to have that opportunity. Only the rich, like himself.
This is not about funding, but opportunity.

Nothing wrong with giving opportunity but not at the expense of other poor children who will suffer from public schools being worse because funding was taken from them to give to private schools.Cooper didn't send his kids to private school at the expense of making public schools worse.
