Can anyone suggest a firm (prop shop, hedge fund, bank, etc) that trades multiple assets and has a rotational trading program for assistant traders? I'm looking to get broad product and strategy exposure.
Where I work, there was a recent (1 month ago) posting for 1 such position. There were 250 applicants (all internal applications). Take that for what it's worth, but it is extremely difficult to get in right now.

I am at one of the biggest brokerage houses in Canada, one of the top names on the street (albeit, Bay Street not Wall Street, lol). A personal trading record most likely means nothing, I don't know of a single person that got in that way. It may help at a smaller shop though.
