Are there major rotations taking place? Which asset classes, countries, and stock sectors would the money be flowing to? What are the chances that the answer would be equities/real estate, the USA, and the tech?

Assets are only worth what people think they are worth.
This is why we are in a deflation:
all prices and wages go down, as there are no fools left to pay high prices.

What is your insight?

Some sectors in the US are close to fully valued short term so I see people rotating their money to a sector like technology which has been somewhat of a laggard. This I believe has already been occurring the last two months and will continue through Christmas.

On the other side of the fence there are significant short term risks in financials.
