Well, there is before-the-midterm Trump and after-the-midterm Trump.

And there is before-mueller's-report-comes-out-trump and then after-the-report-trump.

Once the midterms are over and muellers report is out so that he cannot be accused of meddling then Sessions goes. And then Trump will let the new AG replace Rosenstein- maybe even prosecute him.

Baker told Congress last week that his boss — then-acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe — was dead serious about the idea of surreptitiously recording the 45th president and using the evidence to make the case that Trump should be removed from office, according to my sources.

Baker told lawmakers he wasn’t in the meeting McCabe had with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in which the subject came up. But he did have firsthand conversations with McCabe and the FBI lawyer assigned to McCabe, Lisa Page, about the issue.

“As far as Baker was concerned, this was a real plan being discussed,” said a source directly familiar with the congressional investigation. “It was no laughing matter for the FBI.”

Indeed. And the reason for the no-show is related to the issue with Baker incriminating him last week, as is also mentioned in the last paragraph of that article. As I have said several times before in regard to Baker: MORE TO COME. He has flipped on Rosenstein and Andy, maybe Comey too. Baker was Chief General Counsel for the FBI and was in on all the key meetings about everything.

Since several of the fbi clowns are under investigation they dont want rosenstein to testify publicly or privately where it will be leaked such that the others see his testimony. In addition Rosenstein has to deal with the fact that a top, top dog- ie Baker- has incriminated him and he does not dare to perjure himself before the committee or before the fbi because he thinks perjury traps are for others, not him.

MORE TO COME. The rats are cannibalizing each other now. Rosenstein is trying to run out the clock to the midterms so that the house committee will get off his arse. That will probably work. Except the republicans may appoint a special prosecutor during the lame duck period so that it will continue after they become a minority.
