I have been using them for a short while and am very happy. They dont really offer the same services as those other "spot" only firms. They do across the board FX but also spot. They offer a very smart internet platform (which is not offered on the site but can be demo for a client) which offers spot also. It acts like ebs and you can chose your counter party (any major bank). They are very professional and understand this market better then anyone I have dealt with so far.
