Ron Paul...Ugh, will he ever grow up?

Quote from sameeh55:

the gangs of Mosavi failed to destabilize the country
Hmm, the gangs of Mosavi??? As always the palestinian islamonazis never miss an opportunity to side with the wrong crowd and support the worst most oppressive and undemocratic regimes.

Personally I could not care less, Mosavi, Ahmadinejad, Khomeini, Khamenei... they are all America/Israel hating Allahu Akbar screaming Islamo-nazi fundamentalists.

It's ironic though that Ron Paul did not support a resolution against violence and in support of democracy. It's unfortunate that the Palestinians have once again sided with the tyrants and oppressors. No surprises in both cases though.

I like your unintentional honesty a_person. You are right about you not caring! What you were hoping for is the destabilization of Iran for the benefit of Israel.
I understand your anger and frustration with Ron Paul. After all, he did not fall in line like the rest of the slaves. I bet you are also angered with Obama because he did not start another war on your behalf like Bush did.

As for my support, I support democracy. You should try and be humble and do the same.

Better luck next time.

Here's yet another fine example of why dolts who support Ron Paul and Obama at the same time are confused:

Time to raise taxes on cows.

A lot of people (younger electorate) like Ron Paul because of his social views... which allign better with a Democrat than with a Republican. Ron Paul is a libertarian so don't forget that. Financially, yes... Ron Paul and Obama could not be any further away. Socially on the other hand, they are very similar. Don't confuse yourself.

+1 Great post.

People are forgetting one of the main messages left by our founding fathers... that we should stay away from the affairs of other nations.

If America continues to run a empire, we will fall. Think about how great the Romans were, how much territory the Brits controlled... and they all fell because it's impossible to run a empire over the long-term.

The US needs to stop getting into other people's business. How would we feel if China told us what to do.

Ron Paul didn't vote for it, because it's UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Read your fuckin constitution and realize that it's Ron Paul (1) vs 434 Sheep.

If only more didn't just go along with the Patriot Act and voted against it like Ron Paul, perhaps we wouldn't be in the situation we are in today.

Dr. Ron Paul ALWAYS opposes resolutions that advise foreign governments how to run their affairs:
He has refused to condemn Robert Mugabe’s violence against Zimbabwean citizens (421-1),
to call on Vietnam to release political prisoners (425-1)
to ask the League of Arab States to help stop the killing in Darfur (425-1).

This is complete nonsense, there is nothing unconstitutional about resolutions on foreign affairs. There is not a word in the constitution disallowing resolutions in favor of democracy and/or against violence in foreign countries.

You're right, he voted against a number of purely symbolic resolutions condemning violence, oppression and anti-democratic actions and that's exactly why he is widely regarded as a fringe loony politician and his support tops out at 5%.

Right... And your idea of democracy is calling people who think their votes were not counted "Mousavi thugs"? And your idea of supporting democracy is whining all day long about the only democracy in the Middle East while not a single one of your arab/muslim countries is truly democratic (as the situation in Iran amply demonstrates). Did not your "democracy loving" palestinian brethren widely support Saddam Husein when he invaded Kuwait?

Do you ever learn? Nah, not really according to this article:

Palestinian Hamas members are helping the Iranian authorities crush street protests
...Hamas formally welcomed incumbent Ahmadinejad's ostensible reelection victory on Saturday.

Anyway, enough about the I/P conflict already, the thread was about Ran Paul until you showed up and as a typical psychopath tried to turn it into the only topic that you're obsessed with.
