Ron Paul Throws Support To Cynthia McKinney

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Republican Rep. Ron Paul of Texas called on voters to back a third-party candidate for president Wednesday, rejecting his party's nominee and offering equally harsh words for the Democratic candidate.


Paul, who unsuccessfully sought the Republican presidential nomination this year, told supporters at the National Press Club in Washington that he is not endorsing GOP nominee Sen. John McCain or Democratic nominee Sen. Barack Obama.

Instead, Paul will give his seal of approval to four candidates: Green Party nominee Cynthia McKinney, Libertarian Party nominee Bob Barr, independent candidate Ralph Nader and Constitution Party candidate Chuck Baldwin.

Neither of them even appears on the same graph of craziness as Ron Paul. Apart from ranting that he's going to get rid of the Federal Reserve, the IRS, the income tax (all of which would slam the country right into bankruptcy), he's also on record saying things like "The notion of a rigid separation between church and state has no basis in either the text of the Constitution or the writings of our Founding Fathers."

Oh, and there's also his racist newsletters which he refused to release, but frankly that's the least crazy thing he's done.

You obviously never read anything written by the founding fathers.

Ron Paul hits the nail on the head when it comes to the primary problems of these nation. Meanwhile, sheeple like you just can't handle the truth or bother to educate yourself, hence you gravitate toward the political theatre that Obama & McCain put on, while they discuss insignificant issues and ignore the real problems.

Oh and in case you have not gotten the memo, USA is bankrupt and has been for a while. Technically it went BK back when Nixon went off the gold standard.
