well yes... but this would be a way around it. they would say the 2nd amendment is being honored... you just have to pay your gun tax. oh.. sorry its so high... oh well.. good luck!
look at the 501(c)(3)... if a church gets out of hand.. boom.. there is the IRS. they say the church violated their code status by talking about abortion... and this is political. therefore.. now they owe X amount of taxes and penalties... blah blah blah. it is a tool to shape public opinion and manipulate the churches messages. it is always about control.
