He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.
He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

These acts prove the point exactly. He doesn't see value in paper currency, so he returns them. If they pay him in gold, he probably won't be returning that. Ron Paul supporters, please send only gold coins to his campaign.

Ron Paul has great ideas. He just can't be charismatic enough to win the popular vote. I wish it weren't so, but it is.

If his ideas could be channeled into someone who WAS charismatic, then things would be great.

Right now, my personal vote is for Mitt Romney.
