"Parking" money offshore does not provide any tax benefits. All funds and income have to be reported and are taxed the same as if they were in the US.
Exactly. It is just another in the endless series of obama smears. Obama can't run on his record, so his only hope is to convince people that Romney, as straight an arrow as has ever run for office, is somehow a sleazeball. This from the guy who was mentored by Bill Ayers.
Their other tactic is to keep whispering they don't want to say anything about Romney's religion, no matter how weird it is.
