now that is a good use for this thread.
This thread, and the various "how many angels can dance on the head of a pin" threads, do good things for the site owner's page hit count.

starting tomorrow when the healthcare mandate is struck this threadcount will go down because ak will have lost a bet and not be able to post for a month.

have fun ak...

The supreme court rules against the individual mandate you take 30 days off ET.

The supreme court completely upholds the individual mandate I take 30 days off ET.

See you in a month buddy :)

I accept wrong...
but not the again part.

I stated his eligibility would get to a trial court (past procedural dismissal) and I was right. You were wrong.

I was also alarmed when the crazy lawyer did not accept a default.

so in that situation I was right and then sort of right sort of wrong.

this one... I was wrong and frankly I just do not get the idea of forcing someone to buy insurance

I have 4 kids and a wife who has a preexisting condition related to child birth so I paid 15 grand for our last delivery. I spend a ton on health care bills and insurance. so this is not sour grapes. I probably benefit from this ruling in a backdoor way.

but

how anyone can celebrate the idea of forcing an American in America to buy health care is odd to me.

Our freedoms are being eroded and people are cheering.
